Skin Types

The oily skin is the skin type with more amount of sebum, which is secreted from a hair gland, it spreads on the skin exterior, and makes sebum course to keep moisture of the skin. remember when buying skin products, you do not need anything to heavy like creams, as this will just weigh the skin down and create more oil, use oil free creams or lotions, try to use cleansers that can be rinsed off with water, or cotton pads, use a mist inbetween your skin routine to keep oil away, if you do suffer from oily skin and are worried about the aging process, then the good thing is most people with oily skin tend to get less wrinkles then people with dry or sensitive skin, use a lotion around the t-zone, (chin,nose and forehead) and possibly a cream around the cheeks and neck to avoid the aging process, also use an eye cream to avoid any nasty lines around the eyes,

Try to exfoliate once or twice a week, along with a deep pore cleansing mask which will unplog pores,

Dry skin precisely means there is a deficiency of moisture in the skin. Dry skin may cause dull-looking, even scaly and flaky skin texture, and it easily develops wrinkles and fine lines. To maintain healthy skin, you want to maintain your skin humidity. Skin lotion and cream is important source of skin moisture, but to help relieve dryness, take supplement of vitamin A, avoid constant use of air conditioning, or take care of your health from inside of body, most people with dry skin can use a oil based cream or lotion along with an oil based cleansers, this skin type can pretty much handle most heavy creams, to moisten the skin and keep wrinkles abay!

Drink plenty of Water to keep skin Refreshed and Re-Balanced

Silky soft hands

Pour a capful of honey into the palm of your hand, mix 3/4 spoon of sugar. Now massage well into your hands for a limited minutes. Rinse and wear hand lotion. Another tip before going to bed, clean and dry hands in mild hot water. Slather with petroleum jelly, wrapping with cotton gloves and go to sleep. In the morning you will have delicate, tender, silky soft hands!

Puffy Eyes

Place cool slices of cucumbers on your eyes. Or soak two tea bags & keep in icebox for a few seconds, place on eyes & lay back & relax! Or, grind a fresh potato, mold it into a mushy pack, and place it on your eyes and lids for 10-20 minutes. The potato starch will assist smooth eye-area skin and reduce puffiness

Kissable Lips

Buy a spotless new toothbrush and apply a dab or two of petroleum jelly to it. Sweep lips till dead skin is scrubbed off and rinse with lukewarm water.

Elbow Fix

Clogged Pores

This is a fabulous deep cleansing scrub! Mix 4 tbs. of yogurt with 2 tbs. of grated orange peel. Rub into skin for 3 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. The yogurt is an exfoliate and the orange peel will extract dirt and oils
