Price Match on SBC Only

We are so confident about our SBC pricing that if you find the same product cheaper then email us at sales@designer-beauty.co.uk and we will beat the price by 10% of the difference. ( this does not include auction sites or amazon) and the full price must include the competitors delivery rate if applicable ( as we offer free delivery) Free gifts or discount codes cannot be used if using our price match guarantee on SBC.

Delivery schedule

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 2-4 days for delivery within the UK. 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9-5pm.

We do not process orders during weekends or Bank Holidays 


At Designer Beauty, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. from time to time we do recycle packaging, (mainly boxes) so if you do require your goods to be packed in new boxes, simply add this to your comments and we will make sure your order is packed in a brand new box rather then a recycled one. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.

Designer Beauty reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.

Overseas & non-mainland UK

For overseas and non-mainland UK deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description, if it is not, please email us at for a quote. Items mailed outside the UK will normally be sent Airmail and insured for £30.00. Heavier items may be sent Surface mail (if selected) and will normally be insured for £30.00. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. Designer Beauty reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate. Enhanced insurance up to a value of £100.00, we will email you to confirm shipping rates as we will only dispatch via Air sure service which is an additional cost, (an extra £4.00 on top of normal rate) we cannot send Airmail post special delivery, so please do not use this option on the payment page as it is not applicable

Items lost in the post

We always obtain a Certificate of Posting so that we are able to replace items lost in the post. If items have not arrived after 15 working days we will require a written statement from you as Royal Mail investigate most lost claims, the details of which will be emailed to you. We will then fill out any necessary claim forms supplied to us from Royal mail, which we will submit together with your statement


We accept payment by Sage Pay, Google Wallet and PayPal, which allow safe online payments by credit or debit card. We also accept payment by GB pounds sterling (£) cheques and postal orders made out to designer-beauty, we do not accept cheques or postal orders in non-sterling currency. If paying by Postal Order please select “cheque” during the checkout process, all payments are processed by our safe online secure checkout system – SSL. we do not keep records of customers credit cards these are processed through SSL.


If you are not happy with your purchase please return it to the address on the invoice within fourteen days, including the top half of the invoice. The goods must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging (all returned perfumes must still contain the original cellaphane seal) If the item is faulty please write a note about the fault on the invoice and please state whether you would like a refund or replacement, We will refund postage costs if the goods are sent back to us or cancelled within the 7 day cooling off period. Goods are refunded within 30days thus not connecting the receipt of the goods with the refund.

When using new products, we would always recommend a customer to carry out a patch test, if pregnant or taking any medication please consult your doctor before using any essential oil based products. We do not sell medicines on our site.

We abide to distance selling rules. Your statutory rights are not affected

All trademarks appearing on designer-beauty belong solely to their respective owners and we are not a representative or are not affiliated with any other party unless stated on designer-beauty

Designer-beauty contains a small amount of links to other websites this is purely for our customer’s interest only, however once you have used these links and leave our site, you should note we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites.

Name, contact information including email address, demographic information such as post code, preferences and interests, any other information may be for relevant surreys/offers etc but only if the customer gives us there consent by ticking the newsletter box.

What do we do with this information?
We require this information to understand the needs and provide you a better service for the following reasons, Internal record keeping on our accounts, we may periodically send promotional emails about new products, offers and other information of which we think may be of interest to you, we may contact you by email, phone.

We will not disclose any of our customers information to a third party unless we have permission from the customer or are required by law to disclose this information


We are committed to ensure that your information is secure, in order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place (SSL) a suitable electronic and managerial procedure to safeguard and secure your information that we collect online, We do not store any customers personal credit card or debit card details, all payments received online are processed through our secure payment processing which is currently Sage Pay, Paypal and Google Checkout
